For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, our support team may contact you for order verification before processing the shipment. Orders will be confirmed only after successful verification.

All products listed and sold under the brand are considered authentic and officially traded through the registered GST entity only. Customers are advised to avoid purchases from unauthorized sellers or counterfeit sources claiming association with the brand.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases where:
• The product received is damaged during transit
• An incorrect product has been delivered
Any such request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with relevant proof/images.
• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 working days.
• The credited amount may reflect within 10–12 working days depending on the banking provider.
For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking, refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within standard banking timelines.
For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing. Applicable transaction or shipping charges may be deducted.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
• Minor color or size variations
• Packaging preferences
• Natural imperfections in crystal products
• Personal dislike or change of preference after delivery

We strive to maintain a smooth order fulfillment process. Therefore, cancellation requests are generally not accepted once an order has been placed.
However, modifications or exchanges with products of equivalent value may be considered while the order is still under processing and has not been dispatched.
